About the Foundation

The Be Great Foundation was established in an effort to preserve the memory of the late Robert L. Greene Jr. Robert was a true pillar of the community and he impacted and touched many lives on various levels with the vision of “Being Great.”

Be Great Memorial Scholarship

Because of your support, we were able to award a local black college student with a scholarship in Robert’s name. Last year’s recipient was Tonetho Lewis. Tonetho is a junior majoring in Biomedical Sciences. As a student at Hillsborough Community College he participated and volunteered through Collegiate 100.

We will present a 2019 Scholarship, but we need your support.
